funny spam 6/26/15.

I’ve been getting spam on this blog for years. Good thing wordpress has an excellent spam filter!

Out of morbid curiosity, I decided to read through the spam. I found a few messages that amused me. Obviously some of the spam has been written by folks who are limited English proficient. I’m quite tired and just had a beer so I might be LEP too at this point, but anyway..

This first one is from a person selling luxury vases..

“They are easy to install, and are completely removable if you decide you want to change it after a while.
For only after hectic scuttle one relaxes at comfortable chair.
This mark-up is based on their general business expenses.”

Hectic scuttle.. I love that.

This one is for generating more traffic on my blog.. just one typo in it, but a good one..

“I do not see many commenters here, it means you have low
traffic. I know how to get laser targeted visits
from the largest traffic source in the world.”

Laser targeted huh? Must be really precise. Expensive too, I bet.

This one.. I have no idea what it is about. It is plenty odd, though.

Uh.. ok then..  This should be a Zen koan. Don’t want wrestle with this one too much, I’ll go mad.

And one more..
